Nourishment

What you eat is converted in your body into usable substances (building blocks for cells, hormones, neurotransmitters, fuel) for your body.
Your organs have to be able to function in order to carry out these tasks. Your food must first be chopped into small pieces (chewing, stomach, duodenum) and afterwards be absorbed (small intestine). Then the small pieces can be converted into building blocks (liver).

It is really important that your body gets enough good substances to make these building blocks. If you eat poorly, the building block quality suffers. If you don’t get enough of the right substances, your body will use its own. But these were actually intended for something else. In the long term this will again have consequences for your body.

Today it is not always possible to eat healthily. Advice is often conflicting. What is good for one person is often bad for another.

Because nourishment is essential for health, I work when necessary together with a mesologist. They can help with advice specific to your body, health and needs.
